Purchase a Flex Pass to get discounted access to all of our shows. As a Thibodaux Playhouse subscriber, you will enjoy the benefits of substantial savings, notifications of upcoming productions and playhouse events, and pre-paid admittance (with reservation).
Thibodaux Playhouse also offers membership options along with level-specific perks such as printed recognition. Consider upgrading to membership status by adding a tax-deductible membership level to your subscription for as little as $10!
Thibodaux Playhouse offers advanced online ticket sales. Patrons can use any smart phone, tablet or computer to buy tickets 24-hours a day. Credit cards are processed instantly and all transactions are 128-bit encrypted secure and in strict compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
Tickets are delivered via email, but if you lose the email, we can still look up your tickets for you. The TICKET button on each production’s information panel will direct you to our online ticket sales.

Playhouse at (985) 446-1896. Please be aware that our phone line is only monitored periodically, so you may be prompted to leave a message. When leaving a message, please include your name, contact phone number, the date of the performance you’d like to attend, and the number of reservations requested. Someone will return your call to confirm your reservation(s). Reservations must be claimed at the ticket booth at least ten minutes prior to curtain.
Tickets to our TPI productions can also be purchased in person at our ticket booth, pending availability. Located in the lobby of the Wetlands Acadian Cultural Center Theatre, 314 St. Mary Street in Thibodaux, the ticket booth opens one hour prior to curtain. Cash and credit cards accepted.
With the disruptions to our 2019-2020 season caused by COVID-19 restrictions and the uncertainty of when those restrictions will be completely lifted, Thibodaux Playhouse is introducing a subscription option called a Flex Pass.
With a Flex Pass, you are pre-purchasing four passes to any of our shows, much as was done previously with a season subscription. The difference with a Flex Pass is that you have the flexibility to use these passes however you see fit. You could use one pass for the next four productions, use two passes for one production and two for a second production, or you may like one production so much that you come see that production on four different nights. The choice is totally up to you!
Although you will have the ability to use the passes however you choose, we do have to put a time limit on them, but don’t worry, that deadline is August 2022. You have two seasons to use all of your Flex Passes. Your Flex Passes are good at any of our fantastic shows: musicals, TPI Junior productions, and regular season shows.
We know one of the most popular features we’ve introduced over the past couple of seasons has been reserved seating, and that is not going away. For this upcoming season, the ability to reserve seats will be offered on a tiered basis.
Patrons who purchase a Membership will be allowed to reserve their seats first, almost immediately, for any productions we have scheduled. Patrons will only be allowed to reserve a certain number of seats depending upon their level of Membership. Please see our Membership levels under the PATRONS tab.
Patrons who purchase a Flex Pass, but do not have a Membership, will be allowed to reserve their seats about one month before opening night.
The general public will be allowed to purchase tickets and reserve their seats about two weeks before opening night.
